Terms of Service
Welcome to Blush Med Spa, located across 5 locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts. We are dedicated to providing exceptional non-surgical medical aesthetic services, including injectables, facials, peels, and other skincare treatments, to help you achieve your personal goals. By scheduling an appointment or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with the following policies and terms.
Disclosure
Medical Oversight: All medical procedures at Blush Med Spa are performed under the supervision of licensed physicians in accordance with Connecticut and Massachusetts state laws and regulations.
Connecticut Patient Notice: In accordance with applicable Connecticut consumer protection laws, patients and any individuals responsible for payment retain rights related to transparency, fair billing, and the ability to dispute charges where services were not rendered as agreed. Any questions regarding billing or services should be directed to management promptly for resolution.
Massachusetts Patient Notice: In accordance with Massachusetts consumer protection laws (M.G.L. c. 93A), patients are entitled to fair and transparent business practices. Any concerns regarding services, billing, or outcomes should be brought to management promptly so they may be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
Financial Policies
Appointment Scheduling: A major credit card is required to schedule and hold all appointments, including consultations and procedures. By scheduling, you accept our financial policies.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to accommodate any necessary paperwork and ensure full utilization of your scheduled time.
Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed at the time of scheduling. As a courtesy, we may send reminders via text and/or email. It is your responsibility to cancel or reschedule if you cannot attend.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To provide the best service to all our clients, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so prevents other clients from booking that time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations will incur a $100 fee.
No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a $100 fee.
One-Time Courtesy: At the practice’s discretion, we may waive the cancellation or no-show fee once as a courtesy. This waiver will be documented in the patient’s record. After this first occurrence, all subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the applicable fee.
Pre-Treatment Protocols: Arriving without following pre-treatment protocols may result in a $100 fee.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may not be accommodated and could be subject to a no-show fee.
Rescheduling: We request at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling to allow us to offer the slot to another client.
Credit Card Requirement: All fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the card on file. We may require a valid credit card to be kept on file prior to scheduling future appointments.
Payments and Balances
Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Checks are not accepted.
Any outstanding balances must be settled before receiving additional services.
Refunds and Package Expiration
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes all service packages, product sales, and gift cards. No refunds or credits will be issued except where required by law.
Service Packages: Most packages must be used within 12 months of purchase. Any unused services will expire after 12 months. Service packages are considered fully provided if the last treatment is not used within this period.
Laser Hair Removal: These packages must be used within 18 months of purchase.
Non-Transferability: Services are non-transferable between individuals.
Gift Credits: Credits received in conjunction with a procedure purchase may only be used for specified services, hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 6 months from issuance.
Policy Rights: Blush Med Spa retains the right to alter these policies at any time with or without notice, except where prohibited by law.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable, do not expire, and have no associated fees. Please note that gift cards obtained through non-monetary means, such as charity events, may be subject to expiration or alteration unless prohibited by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Blush Med Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or unauthorized use. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon sale. Please safeguard your gift card like cash. We reserve the right to refuse gift cards that appear to have been obtained fraudulently.
Emergencies: Documented emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our hours vary by day. Please refer to our website footer for specific hours.
General Policies
Policy Acceptance: Scheduling an appointment signifies acceptance of these policies.
Walk-Ins: We accommodate walk-in clients based on availability.
Children: We understand that childcare needs arise and children are welcome to accompany a parent or guardian during their visit. For the safety and comfort of all clients, children must remain under direct supervision at all times and must be able to sit quietly throughout the appointment. Blush Med Spa staff are unable to supervise children. If a child becomes disruptive or interferes with the treatment environment, we may need to pause or reschedule the appointment.
Pets: Only documented service animals are allowed in our facilities. Proper documentation must be presented.
Referrals: We appreciate client referrals. Please inquire about our referral program for potential benefits.
Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years old for all treatments. Minors may visit only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pregnant individuals should inform us when scheduling and upon arrival.
