Welcome to Blush Med Spa, located across 5 locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts. We are dedicated to providing exceptional non-surgical medical aesthetic services, including injectables, facials, peels, and other skincare treatments, to help you achieve your personal goals. Please review the following policies, which are designed to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all clients.
Disclosure
Medical Oversight: All medical procedures at Blush Med Spa are performed under the supervision of licensed physicians in accordance with Connecticut and Massachusetts state laws and regulations.
Connecticut Patient Notice:
In accordance with applicable Connecticut consumer protection laws, patients and any individuals responsible for payment retain rights related to transparency, fair billing, and the ability to dispute charges where services were not rendered as agreed. Any questions regarding billing or services should be directed to management promptly for resolution.
Massachusetts Patient Notice:
In accordance with Massachusetts consumer protection laws (M.G.L. c. 93A), patients are entitled to fair and transparent business practices. Any concerns regarding services, billing, or outcomes should be brought to management promptly so they may be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
Financial Policies
To maintain our commitment to excellence and competitive pricing, we adhere to the following financial policies:
- Appointment Scheduling: A major credit card is required to schedule and hold all appointments, including consultations and procedures. By scheduling, you accept our financial policies.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to accommodate any necessary paperwork and ensure full utilization of your scheduled time.
- Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed at the time of scheduling. As a courtesy, we may send reminders via text and/or email. It is your responsibility to cancel or reschedule if you cannot attend.
- Cancellations and No-Shows:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 fee.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged $100.
- Arriving without following pre-treatment protocols may result in a $100 fee.
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated and could be subject to a no-show fee.
- Rescheduling: We request at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling to allow us to offer the slot to another client. A 24-hour grace period is provided before cancellation fees apply.
- Payments: Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Checks are not accepted.
- Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances must be settled before receiving additional services.
- Service Expiration:
- All paid services expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Service packages (multiple treatments sold together) are considered fully provided if the last treatment is not used within 12 months of purchase.
- Non-Transferability and Refunds:
- Services are non-transferable between individuals.
- All sales for services, products, and gift cards are final and non-refundable.
- Gift Credits: Credits received in conjunction with a procedure purchase may only be used for specified services, hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 6 months from issuance.
- Emergencies: Documented emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

General Policies
- Policy Acceptance: Scheduling an appointment signifies acceptance of these policies.
- Walk-Ins: We accommodate walk-in clients based on availability.
- Children: We understand that childcare needs arise and children are welcome to accompany a parent or guardian during their visit. For the safety and comfort of all clients, children must remain under direct supervision at all times and must be able to sit quietly throughout the appointment. Blush Med Spa staff are unable to supervise children. If a child becomes disruptive or interferes with the treatment environment, we may need to pause or reschedule the appointment.
- Pets: Only documented service animals are allowed in our facilities. Proper documentation must be presented.
- Referrals: We appreciate client referrals. Please inquire about our referral program for potential benefits.
- Age Limit: Clients must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pregnant individuals should inform us when scheduling and upon arrival.
